Delivery and returns
Each piece is prepared by hand in our Paris workshop, then handed to a tracked carrier. Here is what to know before ordering.
Where we ship, and at what price
Delivery is free from €200.00 of purchase in metropolitan France. Elsewhere, the rate depends on the zone.

Add to these times the order preparation, 2 working days. These durations are estimates: we cannot answer for delays caused by a carrier or by an outside event.
Changing your mind
You have fourteen days from receipt to return a piece to us, without having to justify yourself. Return costs remain at your expense. Returns are made by Mondial Relay only, to the relay point My Golden Closet, 3 cité Rougemont, 75009 Paris.
The piece must come back to us in its original condition:
- unworn and unwashed;
- labels attached;
- in its original packaging, if possible.
Write to us at contact@maisonpetiteromance.com stating your order number: we reply within two business days with the procedure. The refund is made on receipt and inspection of the piece.
The contractual detail, including the model withdrawal form, is in our terms of sale.
If it is not the right size
We do not offer direct exchanges: return the piece and place a new order. This is what guarantees you that the size you want is still available — our productions are limited and are not restocked.
